The hospitality committee is responsible for all of the details that go into conducting a successful general meeting.

Some of the details are, meeting time and location, refreshments, name tags, seating arrangements, and much more.

The committee also needs to communicate back to the membership the time and location of the general meetings. They also need to request any assistance that is needed from the membership to make the meeting a success.
